Learn more Retail's Inclusive Culture Network (ICN) has been launched with the clear goal of guiding the Australian retail industry into a fully inclusive and supportive sector. The opportunity for retailers to embrace deep inclusivity both front facing and throughout operations is huge. The ICN has been created to help steer the industry into a vibrant and diverse sector upheld by four key pillars: Mental Health and Wellbeing, First Nations Inclusion, Disability and Accessibilty and LGBTQIA+
Whilst many retailers across Australia are making great strides in their diversity goals, it's clear that the barriers and continuous movement around creating an 'inclusive culture' present the need for open knowledge sharing. With this in mind, we'll be exploring innovative ways to pursue inclusive policy, connection with cultural and minority sector custodians and the opportunity to share learnings and progress around mental health.
The ICN will connect retailers and inclusivity pioneers leading the charge in this next phase of 360 degree diversity. We're entering an inspiring phase of change within retail, this will in turn transform the sector into a positive and dynamic industry to work in.
We encourage you to view the activity across the four pillars, attend our launch event summit and engage with the shared live content covering the latest breakthrough initiatives and projects.
